Let Wilson’s of York Butcher’s take care of your Christmas dinner, you can order for Christmas from 6th November

We begin to take orders for Christmas from the 6th of November. The best way to order is to come into the shop to discuss your requirements with our butchers, pay any deposit, collect your order form and your unique reference number.
PLEASE, BRING THIS FORM WITH YOU WHEN YOU COME TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER – it proves you have paid your deposit, it really does save time, and it is less stressful for both you and us!
We take orders for all poultry, game, beef fillet, beef sirloin, ribs of beef (choose it in advance and keep it in the dry age cabinet), Gala pork pies, log pork pies, large pork pies, game pies.
A £10.00 deposit is required for all Christmas meat orders. Pork pie orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Order deadline: The last day to guarantee your order is the 11th of December.
Order early to avoid disappointment or buy early and pop into your freezer.
Readily Available

Pigs-in-blankets, sausage meat, small and medium pork pies, all other cuts of beef, lamb, and pork.
POULTRY

Poultry does not grow to a required weight. Whilst our producer will do their best to supply us with the weight ordered, it is not always possible to achieve and as a result weights may vary.
INDIVIDUAL & MEDIUM PORK PIES

These pies cannot be ordered – without exception. We sell well over 2,000 pork pies over the Christmas period, and it is physically impossible to save these as orders due to lack of space. Please be assured that we bake constantly for forty-eight hours leading up to Christmas Eve to try and ensure that no one will be without a pork pie over the festive season.

DON’T Forget

We provide cooked dog bones and pet mince to keep your best friend as fit as a butcher’s dog.
(Our cocker spaniel, Meg, made it to sixteen, so we must’ve done something right!)
